Bradford White Announces Employee Retirements

Bradford White recently announced the retirement of Michael J. Carfagno and Mary McCrossin. Carfagno has been employed with Bradford White since 1971. During his 34 years of employment with Bradford White Carfagno held positions in Service, Warranty, Marketing, Purchasing and Sales. Since 1987, Carfagno held the position of Regional Sales Manager and has been a consistent top performer. McCrossin has been employed with Bradford White since 1965. During her 40 years of employment, McCrossin held various positions. Most recently, McCrossin was National Sales Administrator, where she supported Bradford White’s customers, sales reps and regional sales manager team.

With the retirement of Carfagno, Thomas A. Settefrati has been appointed to the position of Regional Sales Manager. He will be responsible for sales in Bradford White’s northeast territory. Most recently Settefrati was a Product Manager with R&B, Inc. of Colmar, PA. Prior to that, Settefrati was a Senior Account Executive with Marketing Group Advertising & Public Relations of Warminster, PA where he supervised all marketing aspects of the Bradford White account.

As McCrossin bids farewell, Rita Jordan has been appointed to the position of Manager of Order Management. She will be responsible for supporting Bradford White’s customers, reps and sales team. During her 17 years of employment, Jordan held positions in Warranty, Order Entry, and most recently as a Team Leader for Order Entry.
