Bradford White is pleased to announce the addition of a new 60 gallon model to its line of residential TTW®1 power vented water heaters. 

Features

The 60 gallon water heater will have an input of 42,000 BTU/Hr for natural gas (40,000 BTU/Hr for LP) with a First Hour Delivery of approximately 100 gallons.  The water heater will have an Energy Factor rating of 0.62.

The water heaters will be Flammable Vapor Ignition Resistant, and be equipped with our Defender Safety System® featuring the patented ScreenLok® Technology.  The 60 gallon unit will also have the same features as the current TTW®1 water heaters. PVC, ABS or CPVC can be used to exhaust the products of combustion.  In addition, the new water heater will be able to vent a 2” diameter exhaust pipe 35ft, with three 90º elbows, and a 3” diameter exhaust pipe 105ft, with three 90º elbows.

The 60 gallon residential TTW®1 water heaters are manufactured according to ANSI standards (ANSI Z-21.10.1) and design certified by CSA International. Spec sheet (251-B-1006-A) details the features of the unit and the options available.
