Bradford White is pleased to announce additions to our new commercial gas, ultra high efficiency water heater series. We have added models with inputs of 150,000 and 250,000 BTU’s (available in ASME or non-ASME construction) to compliment the original 100-gallon, 199,999 BTU natural gas model. We are also pleased to introduce at this time the LP Gas counterpart to all of the natural gas models.

The Thermal Efficiency rating of the 250,000 BTU model is listed at 97%, while the 150,000 BTU model displays an unprecedented Thermal Efficiency rating of 99.1%! Also, please see the reverse side of this bulletin for the venting capabilities. The input and type of fuel source used will require a different gas valve assembly than is used on the current 199,999 BTU natural gas model, and different input selection will also require a new exhaust orifice plate. All of the other dimensional specifications and features remain unchanged.

Some of those unique design features include: three-pass heat exchanger, a pre mix power burner down fired into a submerged combustion chamber, adjustable electronic thermostat up to 180°F with a 4°F temperature differential and zero inch clearance to combustible materials.
