Limited Lifetime Warranty for Residential PowerStor Series™ Indirect Water Heaters

We recently announced a change to the warranty offered on our Residential PowerStor Series™ product. The change affects all the residential Single Wall and Stainless Steel SS models.

The warranty changed from a limited 10-year warranty to a limited lifetime warranty on the tank and heat exchanger. Any other component parts will have a limited 6-year warranty. Any residential model used in a commercial application will have the limited lifetime warranty reduced to a limited 5-year warranty.

These changes became effective April 12, 2004 and are retroactive back to the product release. Original product release was February 2003.
