Bradford White is pleased to introduce a propane version of our highly successful High Performance models. The new models will feature our Titanium Stainless Steel propane burner that was first introduced on our Residential and Light Duty Commercial models back in April.

Both our natural gas and propane gas water heaters are perfect for applications where space is a concern, but require greater demand then what a normal 40 or 50 gallon water heater can provide.

Additionally, the High Performance models offer some installation advantages over tankless models. They use a standard 4" vent pipe, where tankless models utilize expensive stainless steel venting. Since these models have stored water, there is no minimum GPM flow rate to turn on the burner. Tankless models require a minimum flow rate in order to turn on the unit. Also, the High Performance models only require a ½" gas connection, where tankless models require a minimum ¾" gas line.
