In order to obtain service, you must first determine the date of manufacture of your Bradford White product. Instructions for this are listed on the Find Model & Serial number page.

Once you've determined model & serial number, you may choose from the following three directions:

Over 1 year and under warranty

  • Your product is still under warranty. You should contact your plumber for assistance. You may also locate a local plumber here.

Over 1 year and out of warranty
