Certification Statement
Bradford White warrants that the below model of Natural gas or Propane gas water heaters have been proven to have an Energy Factor of 0.82 or above, or a thermal efficiency rating of at least 90%. This means they are "Qualified Energy Property" under American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and are therefore eligible for a tax credit under section 25C of the Federal Internal Revenue Code for the tax years of 2009 and 2010.
