In order to file a warranty claim, you must first determine the date of manufacture of your Bradford White product. Instructions for this are listed on the Find Model & Serial number page.

  • Your product is still under warranty. You may contact your representative for information on support & service.
  • For additional service, contact Warranty Information.

Over 1 year and under warranty

  • Your product is still under warranty. You should contact your plumber for assistance. You may also locate a local plumber here.

Over 1 year and out of warranty

  • Your product is no longer under warranty. You may contact your plumber for assistance. You may also locate a local plumber here.
