For GeoSpring™ Parts Breakdown
Bradford White has assumed the warranty responsibility for all qualifying *GeoSpring™ water heaters and is fully qualified to provide excellent support and service to *GeoSpring ™customers. Qualified GeoSpring water heaters are those produced before July of 2019.
Should your *GeoSpring™ heat pump water heater require service, Bradford White will utilize its current network of Independent Service Contractors to provide *GeoSpring™ service.
All questions regarding warranty and service concerns for *GeoSpring™ heat pump waters will be handled by Bradford White® Water Heaters. You can contact the Bradford White® Heat Pump Water Heater Customer Care Line between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm EST at 888 443 4394.
