Warranty Responsibility

Bradford White has assumed the warranty responsibility for all qualifying *GeoSpring^™ water heaters and is fully qualified to provide excellent support and service to *GeoSpring^™ customers. Qualified GeoSpring water heaters are those produced before January 2017.

Service

Should your *GeoSpring^™ heat pump water heater require service, Bradford White will utilize its current network of Independent Service Contractors to provide *GeoSpring^™ service.

All questions regarding warranty and service concerns for *GeoSpring^™ heat pump waters will be handled by Bradford White Water Heaters. You can contact the Bradford White Heat Pump Water Heater Customer Care Line between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm EST at 888 443 4394.
